Tiltra Group: Revenues of companies controlled by Tiltra Group in financial year 2009 reached LTL 1.1 bn.

During the financial year ended on 31 March of this year, companies controlled by Tiltra Group received LTL 1.1 bn. revenues.

Tiltra Group AB had its financial year moved from 31 December to 31 March in order to have the same ending of financial year for all companies in the group. Due to this change, financial indicators for year 2009 of Kauno tiltai group were calculated for the period of 15 months, ended on 31 March 2010. Financial indicators of Poldim group were calculated for the period of 12 months, which remained unchanged. 

Over this period of 15 months, Kauno tiltai group, also including four companies operating in Podlaskie Voivodship in Poland, earned LTL 508.5 mill. of audited revenues, and its audited net profit comprised LTL 7.2 mill.

Audited revenues over the mentioned period of 12 months of Poldim group, operating in Southern Poland, comprised LTL 555 mill., and the audited net profit – LTL 30.8 mill.

In the short-term, the company expects the highest growth from Poland.

“As its road and bridge construction market grows 30 per cent annually, we plan the same growth of our companies in this country” – told Mindaugas Aniulis, Chairman of the Board of Tiltra Group AB.

According to him, the target in Lithuania for financial year 2010 will be to retain the market share held. They also intend to participate in public and private partnership projects, implemented in Lithuania, where the private sector invests into services ascribed to the public sector, receives income for the management of property for a certain period of time, upon the expiry of which the property remains in the state’s ownership.

The largest projects of Kauno tiltai group, implemented in Lithuania, include stage IA of the construction of Vilnius western detour, amounting to LTL 125.5 mill., and the reconstruction of Jakai roundabout in Klaipėda, amounting to LTL 98.9 mill. The largest project carried out by companies belonging to Kauno tiltai group in Poland is the reconstruction of southern detour for Bialystok city, amounting to PLN 158.8 mill. (LTL 130.6 mill.). 
Last year, Poldim group of companies completed the construction of Lubin detour, valued at LTL 104 mill. (PLN 127 mill.) and the reconstruction of Cracow – Poznan motorway, which cost LTL 144 mill. (PLN 175 mill.). Currently, Poldim commenced the implementation of the largest project of the group in Poland. During two years, it will build a new section of A1 motorway by the city of Lodz, worth LTL 446 mill. (PLN 542.2 mill.).
