We have been managing our life insurance business since 1 July 2022, following our successful acquisition of one of Finland’s largest life insurance companies in the Baltics.
The growing number of assets entrusted to the Invalda INVL Group for management by individual and institutional clients, and the largest dedicated team in the Baltics, allow us to increase investments also in “home market” companies and start-ups. This has a positive impact on the development and growth of the Baltic region.
The investment management and life insurance businesses have many similarities, and we believe that the transaction creates value for all stakeholders.
INVL Life, the life insurance company
INVL Life, founded by the Group with a share capital of EUR 48 million, the largest among life insurance companies registered in the Baltics and the first new life insurance company licence in Lithuania in two decades, took over the life insurance business in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia with more than 29,000 customers and EUR 150 million in assets, together with the employees of these subsidiaries.
