Invalda Turto Valdymas UAB and Invalda Nekilnojamojo Turto Valdymas UAB, the new names of Finasta Investicijų Valdymas UAB, managing pensions and investment funds, and Inred UAB, real estate management company, both companies of Invalda asset management group, were registered at the Register of Legal Entities.
In the nearest future Invalda Turto Valdymas UAB will apply to the Securities Commission of Lithuania with the application for changing the names of owned pension and investment funds.
Invald Turto Valdymas UAB and Invalda Nekilnojamojo Turto Valdymas UAB agreement conditions made between clients or partners will not change and will stay valid further on.
