Finasta investicijų valdymas UAB, managing pensions and investment funds, and Inred UAB, real estate company, both in Invalda financial group, are planning to change companys‘ names to Invalda turto valdymas UAB and Invalda nekilnojamojo turto valdymas UAB, accordingly.
Financial group Invalda about the new activity strategy, involving activity concentrating in asset management and also in private and investment banking areas, announced at the end of this April. According to the new strategy real estate and investment management companys of Invalda group will unify their experience and will seek corporate goals. The monitoring, research of new opportunities, risk control and other essential functions for asset management will be centralised. Gradually rearranged asset management structure will overtake all asset management, including Invalda group companies.
Finasta investicijų valdymas UAB and Inred UAB in the nearest future will present the documents concerning changing of names to the Register of Legal Entities. Later, after adjusting with the Securities Commision of the Republic of Lithuania the names of the belonging to Finasta investicijų valdymas UAB pension and investment funds will be renamed.
Finasta investicijų valdymas UAB and Inred UAB agreement conditions made between clients or partners will not change and will stay valid further on.
