Equity capital of Invalda increase by 50 mLTL

Equity capital of investment company Invalda increase by 50 mLTL. The bonds issue equal to this amount will be converted to shares by 5.5 LTL. The owner of the bonds Dailius Juozapas Miseikis after the shareholders meeting of Invalda held on Saturday placed the application to convert bonds.

“We made a significant job. The agreements we’ve reached allow us significantly strengthen the balance of Invalda and to reduce company’s current liabilities, changing into long-term the largest part of them. The other goal – to adapt businesses to the changed economic environment, we already implemented in 2009. Our main businesses operate well and give positive cash flows” – said the president of Invalda Darius Sulnis.

After the bonds conversion, which is planned to finish in the beginning of February, the number of Invalda’s shares will increase from 42.569 mln. up to 51.66 mln. units. Dailius Juozapas Miseikis will own 25.52%, Vytautas Bucas – 18.56%, company Lucrum Investicija – 10,38%, Alvydas Banys and related persons – 8.29%, Darius Sulnis – 7.88%, Algirdas Bucas – 6.63%, Dalius Kaziunas with the spouse – 0.41% and other shareholders 22.33% of votes.

32.44 mLTL nominal value bonds, 7.44 mLTL of them resolved to issue at the shareholders meeting on Saturday, will be redeemed July 1, 2012. These bonds can also be converted to Invalda’s shared by 5.5 LTL.
