Invalda INVL signs stock option agreements with group employees

Invalda INVL, the leading Baltic asset management group, has signed stock option agreements with its employees to grant 0.2 % the company’s shares in the future.

Under the option agreements concluded this year, employees of the company and of group companies in which Invalda INVL holds more than 50% of the shares, will be entitled to receive 24,000 units of Invalda INVL shares free of charge in 2028.

“The success of an asset management business depends on the competence of its people and their long-term motivation to deliver strong results. Our aim is to further engage the team by providing favourable opportunities to become part of the business. This year, for the first time, we have decided to give employees the opportunity to receive free shares under option agreements if they have worked with the Invalda INVL group for three years. Previous agreements stipulated a price of EUR 1 per share, but we have now chosen a simpler model that also includes dividends paid during the three-year option period,” – says Alvydas Banys, Chairman of the Board of Invalda INVL.

If the company declares dividends or pays out free funds per share prior to the grant of the shares in 2028, the number of shares to be granted will be recalculated by increasing it by the additional number of shares calculated according to the formula approved by the shareholders meeting of Invalda INVL held in April 2025.

On 30 April 2025, shareholders meeting resolved to permit employees to acquire up to 100,000 Invalda INVL shares in 2028, in accordance with the procedures and terms set out in the option agreements

Since 2016, employees of the company and its group companies have entered into stock option agreements for a total of 791,650 Invalda INVL shares, including those signed this year.
