Invalda LT, one of the major companies in Lithuania investing in other businesses and managing assets, changed its corporate name to Invalda INVL.
The new wording of the Articles of Association of Invalda INVL were registered at 11 May 2015.
“Our strategic business is asset management, in which we use INVL brand name, therefore main company also changed its name”, – said Darius Sulnis, president of Invalda INVL.
The brand name INVL is also used by INVL Asset Management, one of the largest asset management companies in Lithuania, and by INVL Baltic Real Estate, a real estate investment company that was split from Invalda LT and is listed in NASDAQ Vilnius stock exchange, INVL Baltic Farmland and INVL Technology.
At the end of first quarter Invalda LT groups asset management companies in Lithuania and Latvia managed EUR 303.5 million assets and had more than 150 thousand clients.
