Invalda AB received notification of a group about acquisition of a block of shares.
On October 15, 2007, president and Board member of the company Darius Šulnis repurchased 1 000 000 shares of Invalda AB that were sold according to share repurchase agreement. After the before-mentioned repurchase, the block of shares owned by members of the Board of Invalda (their votes are calculated together) increased from 29.01% untill 31.36%.
