Invalda AB Material Event 27-03-2006
Reorganization Conditions
The Board Meeting of AB Invalda held on March 27, 2006, passed the following
resolution:
Since shareholders meeting of Invalda AB held on January 12, 2006 authorized
the Board of the Company to prepare reorganization conditions until April 1, 2006
and to announce them according to the laws but the audit of financial statements for 2005
of Invalda AB and Pozityvios investcijos AB will not be finished till April 1, 2006,
the Board decided not to announce reorganization conditions until audits aren’t finished
and financial statements for 2005 aren’t approved by both companies’ shareholders meetings.
