On January 2, 2008 AB bankas Finasta was registered in the Register of Legal Entities.
The authorization to establish the bank which is going to provide investment and private banking services was issued by the Board of the Bank of Lithuania in 19 December, 2007. The company will start its activity when the Bank of Lithuania issues the activity licence.
100% shares of AB bankas Finasta is owned by AB Invalda subsidiary AB Finasta įmonių finansai.
