On January 4, 2008 Invalda AB signed contract regarding sale of 100% of Valmeda AB shares. Valmeda manages hotels Holiday Inn Vilnius and Ecotel Vilnius. If the Buyer, the seller and the third parties will properly fulfill conditions stated in the agreement, the deal should be completed until January 31.
