INVL Baltic Farmland

  INVL Baltic Farmland, a company which invests in agricultural land, owns the shares of 18 private limited companies that invest in agricultural land. Together these companies own more than 3,000 hectares of agricultural land in Lithuania. More than 98 per cent of the land holdings are rented out to farmers and agricultural businesses.
 
The company was established in 2014 in a split-off from the asset management group Invalda INVL. Its shares have traded on the NASDAQ Vilnius exchange since 4 June 2014. Invalda INVL began investing in agricultural land in Lithuania in 2004.
